Great facilities, modern design, helpful staff, fair price, quiet atmosphere.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a decent selection of foods to choose from. the hotel was located near some offices and exhibition buildings, making it convenient to visit them.

The staff's English was limited, making communication difficult at times. , the hotel was located a bit far from the city, which made it challenging to get taxis to come to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were quirky in design but we liked them. They were very spacious, providing us with ample room to relax. The hotel facilities were beautiful and new, with interesting art in the lobby. We also appreciated the quiet bar, which allowed us to unwind after a long day. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was near the airport and only a 14-minute taxi ride from the train station. This made it easy for us to utilize the international CB terminal and get transportation whenever we needed it. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was good and up to international standards.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional, from the moment I stepped into the lobby until checkout. the staff was attentive and accommodating throughout my stay, ensuring all my needs were met. the luxurious amenities, including the indoor swimming pool and spa area, made for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. the restaurant's menu offered a wide variety of options, from special diet menus to delicious packed lunches. the private facilities, such as the leisure and TV room, were exclusive and convenient.

The only minor issue I faced was with the Wi-Fi connectivity in my room. Despite this, the staff was quick to resolve the issue and even provided a complementary upgrade to a higher room category.
